Chicago designer Ashley Drapes recently participated in the Wicker Park based, " Let Them Eat Cake" fashion show produced by Justin White. Her art driven masterpiece of earrings of delight were featured in the show. With Victoria era influences of black lace, high waist jumpsuits, and a femininity of airy elegance mixed with a modernized style of denim and one piece numbers the collection stood out for it's soft feel on fashion. The texture and garments all told a given story of how each piece was designed. The designer still remains a favorite in the press for her one of a kind designs for accessories and style.
